About Us

Mamasaan is a vibrant Japanese fusion restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Bondi Beach, known for bold flavours, inventive drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and take our cocktail game to the next level.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver world-class service.
  • Curate and develop seasonal cocktail menus, with a focus on creativity and quality.
  • Oversee stock management, supplier relationships, and compliance with liquor licensing regulations.
  • Manage bar rostering, ordering, and cost control to meet business targets.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety in the bar area.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create events and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a busy, high-volume venue.
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and mixology skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak trade periods.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Current RSA certification (NSW).
