**About the position**
We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, and energetic **Bistro Manager** who lives and breathes hospitality. You’ll have a genuine passion for food, a flair for customer service, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Day-to-day operations and supervision of the bistro team
- Overseeing floor shifts, including opening and closing procedures and end-of-day reporting
- Providing on-the-job training to maintain high service standards
- Coordinating with guests and kitchen teams to deliver seamless functions and events
- Working with management on special projects to improve operations and guest experiences
- Managing financial performance for the bistro, including budgets and KPIs
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Training, and performance-managing team members
- Promoting a positive, high-performance workplace culture

**What we’re looking for**
- Solid management experience in a high-volume, high-profile venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Confidence managing budgets, and operational procedures
- Availability for night, and weekend shifts
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for mentoring and developing staff
- Australian work rights (permanent resident or citizen), we will sponsor the right person
