Position: Venue Manager

Location: Elster Elsternwick

Salary: $85,000

Elster Elsternwick is looking for a Venue Manager who's ready to take ownership of a busy café and lead a team that's passionate about great service, great coffee, engaging and genuine connection.

We're after someone who brings energy and consistency — who knows how to create a space that feels alive, professional, and welcoming from open to close. You'll be trusted to lead the team, build culture, and drive the venue forward with the support of the wider Only Hospitality Group.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the pace of café life, takes pride in their team, and wants to make an impact in a growing, community-driven brand.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar management role within hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • A genuine passion for customer service and operational excellence
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on growing and improving the business
  • Experience making coffee is recommended but not essential
