About the role

Cubed Building & Construction is seeking a motivated and organised Project Administration professional to join our dynamic team in our North Lakes, QLD office. This is a casual role that will provide administrative support to our construction projects, ensuring efficient operations and effective project delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including drawings and correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of project reports, site safety paperwork, and other documentation
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and databases

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar project administration or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with construction-specific software and project management tools would be an advantage
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
