Australia Western Power Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Join us in shaping the future of workplace wellbeing at Western Power.

We're seeking a dynamic Health & Wellbeing Manager (12-month max term) to lead the next evolution of our health and wellbeing strategy. Building on a solid foundation, this role will drive the design and delivery of enterprise-wide programs that promote psychological and physical wellbeing, manage psychosocial risks, and embed a culture of proactive health at every level of the organisation.

This is a strategic leadership role, focused on long-term impact—not just operational oversight. Your core focus will be on leading a high-performing team of health professionals, advising senior leaders, and advancing Western Power's approach to health and wellbeing beyond compliance-towards innovation, integration, and measurable culture change.

If you're passionate about creating healthier workplaces and ready to influence at a senior level, we'd love to hear from you.
