we are seeking a detail-oriented Typing Clerk to join our Data Entry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently typing a variety of documents and data entry tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of our Outsourcing/Offshoring services.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Typing a variety of documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Entering data into databases and spreadsheets with precision
  • Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Typing Clerk or similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
