As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will report directly to the CFO and play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, driving performance, and delivering business-critical insights. You will lead a small team of commercial analysts and business partners, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide strategic guidance, robust analysis, and genuine business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance team
  • Deliver insightful commercial analysis to drive performance and profitability
  • Partner with operational and executive teams to influence key business decisions
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
  • Deliver actionable insights to support business growth and efficiency

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified
    with a strong commercial background
  • Proven track record in business partnering and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes
  • Experienced in leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in driving business improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
