About the Role:

In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and managing a range of accounting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable
  2. Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
  3. Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  4. Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, and superannuation contributions
  5. Assist with payroll processing and employee records
  6. Generate monthly financial reports for management review
  7. Support end-of-year financial preparation and audits
  8. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ATO compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or higher qualification (preferred)
