We're partnering with a fast-growing influencer marketing agency that works with some of Australia's best-known family and lifestyle brands. With big growth plans and an ambitious vision, they're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to shape strategy, drive client growth, and help scale their digital services.

This is a rare chance to step into a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll own strategy, work directly with exciting clients, and build scalable systems, with scope to grow a team under you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead influencer and UGC campaign strategy for high-profile clients.
  • Drive client acquisition and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the strategic lead on retainer clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivery, and renewal.
  • Shape and improve the agency's marketing systems, services, and processes.
  • Oversee internal marketing strategy and messaging (20–30% of the role, with execution support).
  • Contribute to building and leading a high-performing team as the agency grows.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in influencer marketing and understanding of the creator landscape.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative, impactful campaign strategies.
  • Confident in winning and growing client accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and CRM tools (e.g. Monday).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced agency/startup environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Figma or similar tools; experience with lifestyle/family brands.
