Bartender

Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced charismatic bartenders to join Alfie's.

About Alfie's:

Entering via the Open-air Terrace and Bar, guests are welcomed into a casual setting serving Sydney's coldest martinis, crisp draught beer, and a world-class wine list. At the rear, the Dining Room is where the energy intensifies. The space feels like theatre, sounds are sharp, the art distinct, and meat is prepared in full view, bathed in the red glow of the dry-age cabinet. It's fresh, bold, and electric in atmosphere.

The Bar Team sets their sights on achieving nothing short of excellence, striving to be the best in class in the industry.

With excellent attention to detail, the Bar Team maintains impeccable standards for both the quality of drinks served and the service provided. The ultimate aim is to go above and beyond, exceeding customers' expectations, and leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.

Your Day-to-Day:

Deliver food and beverage service in line with venue standards and sequence of service

Prepare and serve drinks to Alfie's specifications

Assist with bar set-up, pack-down, and daily operations

Build and maintain strong guest relationships to enhance the overall experience

Contribute positively to venue culture and teamwork

About You:

Proven experience in a premium or hatted venue

Confident, calm, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and genuine passion for guest experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
