The Opportunity
Nestlé Health Science aims to be the market leader in specialised nutrition solutions that enhance consumer health and wellbeing. We provide a range of medical nutritional products into Aged Care, Hospitals, the community, and paediatric clinics.

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Regional Sales Manager to join our Health Science team based in NSW or QLD. In this role, you will lead and inspire our NSW & QLD Field Team across aged care, hospitals, paediatric and community channel to drive the success of our iconic healthcare nutrition brands.

This dynamic and busy role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for coaching and developing a high performing team.

A day in the life of...
Reporting to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will take full ownership for delivering profitable sales growth across the Aged Care, Hospital, Paediatric Aged Care and Community Channels.

Utilising your experiences; some of your responsibilities include:

  • Developing highly effective sales planning activities for our Medical Nutrition channels across the region
  • Leading, developing, and growing your team
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on performance metrics
  • Being a lead for the negotiation and management of contracts and tenders
  • You will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with our external and internal stakeholders
  • Balancing responsibilities with approximately 60% field-based.

What Will Make You Successful
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following:

  • A proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving commercial outcomes in a similar role in the aged care, hospital, or paediatric channel.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in leadership, strategic ability and commercial acumen with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in coaching and development of your team and excellent analytical skills along with the ability to be an effective influencer
  • A strong drive for results .
  • A tertiary qualification in Science, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or business-related discipline is preferred
  • Unrestricted AU drivers licence and access to own vehicle
