Marketing and Sales Executive

The Opportunity
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join the Nestle Pacific Islands team.

This is an opportunity to learn about sales & marketing across the NPI markets.

This pivotal role provides you the opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of the marketing and sales strategies across the Pacific Islands

A day in the life…

• Support key national consumer promotion through the implementation of agreed plans and budgets, the management of premiums and POSM and the coordination of all post activity implementation analysis
• Manage the marketing activation of Nestlé Breakfast Cereals across all four markets starting with the Brand Plan in ICP, the respective I&R pipelines, the coordination of inter market suppliers to create synergies whilst ensuring the Brands nutrition health and wellness are reinforced
• Project management tracking, coordinating the Innovation & Renovation meetings with the markets and factory teams, the management of minutes and action plans and close coordination with Technical with respect to on time in full delivery of cost-effective solutions
• Complete Brand pricing reports for all NPI markets, identifying issues and points for further discussion
• Monitor spend and sales; provide updates to key stakeholders
• Track and report monthly stock cover for each NPI market, highlighting issues and actions
• SAP management for the creation of innovative new products
• Customer relationships and sales management for a number of Broker customers importing Nestle products to Pacific Markets

What will make you successful?

• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen
