Are you a strategic, mission-driven fundraiser with a deep commitment to environmental protection? The Conservation Council of Western Australia (CCWA) is seeking a dedicated Fundraising Manager to lead the development and implementation of proactive fundraising and partnership strategies that will secure long-term, sustainable financial support for our vital conservation and advocacy work.
About CCWA
At CCWA, we have been championing Western Australia's natural environment for more than 50 years. As the state's leading independent, not-for-profit environmental organisation, we work collaboratively with government, industry, media, community groups, Traditional Owners, and political leaders to drive meaningful environmental change. With a bold vision for a flourishing natural environment and a safe climate, we focus on conservation, climate action, citizen science, and hands-on programs that protect our unique landscapes, species, and ecosystems.
About the role
The Fundraising Manager will lead CCWA's strategic funding development—managing grants, philanthropy, gifts, and bequests—while building and nurturing high-value partnerships. You will establish and grow relationships with philanthropic foundations, government agencies, corporate partners, and individual donors, ensuring funding aligns with CCWA's conservation priorities. With a focus on robust governance, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, you'll deliver measurable impact and long-term financial sustainability.
This is a full‑time position, though we are open to considering part‑time arrangements.
