Join Our Leadership Team – NSW Façade Care Manager

Lane Cove, NSW

GDP Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate professional to join our management team in NSW, leading our Façade Care business from our Lane Cove office.

As a company, we deliver a diverse range of facilities management solutions — from façade maintenance and cleaning, height safety installations and certifications, through to construction, remedial services, and the servicing, supply, and maintenance of building maintenance units (BMUs).

We are a market leader in commercial window cleaning and façade maintenance services, with a strong presence across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. We proudly service some of Australia's most prominent assets and property portfolios.

The Role

In this pivotal leadership role, you will take ownership of our NSW Façade Care operations — driving service delivery, team performance, and outstanding client outcomes. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you'll manage people, projects, and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team
  • Manage resource allocation, contracts, and project delivery
  • Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Drive improvements in systems, service delivery, and productivity
  • Manage financial performance with full P&L responsibility

  • Proven success in leading and managing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the management team while operating autonomously to grow the business unit
  • Solid understanding of OHS with the ability to coach and mentor staff on safe work practices
  • A proactive, hands-on leader with a "can-do" attitude
  • Willingness to support and collaborate across divisions
