TravelManagers Australia is the leading mobile advisor network in the country, whose personal travel managers provide their clients with the highest levels of services and travel expertise available. Our network currently has over 500 personal travel managers (PTMs) with nine Business Partnership Managers based in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.

We are looking for a Business Partnership Manager to grow and support our PTMs within Sydney, NSW & ACT. You'll be joining a company that genuinely invests in its people, having recently been awarded Australia's Most Outstanding Employee Engagement and Recruitment Program (NTIA) and certified as a Great Place to Work.This position will add further support to the team and assist in growth strategies within the region.

As a Business Partnership Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

· Mentor and coach personal travel managers in your region to achieve their business objectives;

· Utilise your existing relationships and knowledge of the travel industry in your area to proactively grow the TravelManagers network;

· Proactively contribute to knowledge sharing and partnership development within the TravelManagers network in your region;

· Develop relationships with locally based industry suppliers.

This role is suited to candidates with:

· Previous experience in a business coaching or leadership role within the travel industry;

· Previous experience in a retail or mobile travel agent role;

· A strong network of local consultant and agency relationships in your region;

· Proven ability to set and achieve goals and targets;

· Passion and enthusiasm for small business;

· Proven ability to work both independently and within a team

· Australian work rights are required for this position;
