With over 50 outlets and a strong market presence, we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team in our Sydney CBD corporate office.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the corporate office. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and inboxes, including coordinating meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate board meetings and manage board papers.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle expense management and corporate credit card reconciliations.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Formal qualifications in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
