About us

Personal injury firm, 11 years strong. Full-time role (4 days considered) with up to 3 days WFH. Shape systems, people, and performance.

We're looking for a Practice Manager to step in to consolidate, keep our people engaged, improve projects moving, and improve firm culture.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage staff. Lift retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Report on the numbers: metrics, bottlenecks, risks.
  • Translate firm targets into workflows and systems.
  • Flag inefficiencies early with solutions.
  • Deliver projects.
  • Build training modules that make onboarding smoother.
  • Act on staff feedback and improve culture.
What you bring
  • At least 12 months in a law firm.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Organised, data-driven, and tech-savvy.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
