About the role: This is more than a Speech Pathology position – it’s an opportunity to make your mark. You’ll provide outreach services to the Merriwa and Denman Multipurpose Services, working with both adults and children on swallowing and communication needs.

Your expertise will shine not only in direct clinical care, but also through mentoring, supervising, and leading projects that make a tangible difference to clients and the community. About you: You’re a driven, client-centred Speech Pathologist who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting and loves the challenge of a diverse caseload. Requirements:

- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.

- Eligibility to drive in NSW.

Additional information:

- *Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive. How to apply:

- Demonstrated high level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team to manage complex situations.

- Demonstrated experience of managing both an adult and paediatric speech pathology caseload.

- Demonstrated understanding of the issues related to clinical practice in rural communities.
