Homebush, New South Wales, Australia Australian Gift & Homewares Association Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Are you a creative marketer who loves bringing ideas to life and making an impact? Do you thrive on crafting engaging campaigns, managing social media, and supporting events that connect and inspire?

The Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA) is seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This is your chance to step into a varied, creative role where no two days are the same — and your skills will directly contribute to growing and supporting Australia's leading gift and homewares community.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering AGHA's marketing projects and campaigns. From managing social media and digital content to coordinating partner benefits and marketing activities, you'll ensure our brand voice is clear, consistent, and impactful.

You'll also support the AGHA Academy webinar series — including sourcing speakers, set-up, promotion, and delivery — ensuring a seamless and professional experience for members.

You'll be working as part of a small, collaborative team, where your contributions will be valued and make a visible impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage AGHA's social media channels and digital campaigns.
  • Create content across email, web, and print platforms.
  • Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress to design, edit, and publish content.
  • Track and report on campaign performance.
  • Support the delivery of Business Partner benefits and AGHA Academy webinars.

About You

  • 2–3 years' marketing or communications experience.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms/CRMs, and WordPress.
  • Confident managing social media and digital campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Mature, professional, and collaborative — able to work effectively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

Why Join AGHA?

  • A social and supportive team culture where collaboration is encouraged.
  • A role where your creativity, maturity, and initiative make a visible impact.
  • Variety — from campaigns and social media to events, publications, and webinars.
  • Access to education funding to support your growth and upskilling.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Working for an organisation that is an inclusive and equal opportunity employer.
