*About The Opportunity*
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Rostering Coordinator. Our Rostering Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to our Security and Cleaning entities, incorporating a relationship building approach to their portfolio of sites and managers.

Successful candidates
must
have previous experience in the Security Industry and previous Rostering experience.

*About The Position*
The Rostering Coordinator will join our team based in Homebush, NSW and be responsible for:

  • Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio
  • Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
  • Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Award Interpretation and application
  • Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P&L
  • Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
  • Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff

  • Previous experience rostering
  • Experience in the Security Industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to set positive, open & effective relationships
  • Driven, solution orientated and innovative thinker
  • Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
