Join Our Team – Customer service officer

Do you love the water, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, high-energy team?

We deliver unforgettable, adrenaline-filled water sports experiences right here on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for a new team member to join us

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of an industry built on fun and adventure.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, making sure they feel welcome and ready for their experience.

Key duties include:


•    Greeting and checking in guests


•    Processing and confirming online bookings & managing availability


•    Handling phone and email enquiries


•    Selling photo and video packages


•    Opening and closing the office (once trained)


•    Keeping the office space clean and presentable

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love for people.

Essential skills & qualities:


•    Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone & email)


•    Friendly, approachable and positive attitude


•    Trustworthy, reliable and punctual


•    Confident working independently and in a team


•    Local resident (Gold Coast or nearby)


•    Australian citizen

Highly regarded (but not essential):


•    Experience with boats (commercial or recreational)


•    Parasailing or water sports experience


•    Strong numeracy skills


•    Current driver's licence


•    Strong swimming ability (100m swim and in-water rescue skills)

Availability

We are busiest during weekends, school holidays and Christmas, so availability during these periods is essential. Weekday shifts will also be offered.

•   Averagely 20 hours per week, with extra shifts available during peak times i.e school holidays/public holidays etc
