Duties of the Role

The day to day of this position will see you:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by directing their enquiries
  • Build relationships with the Adapt team and our broader network including customers, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Using our CRM to maintain a positive and efficient customer experience
  • Using a variety of computer programs to create invoices, send emails, generate reports and complete grid applications to name a few
  • Assist with coordinating installations with customers and subcontractors
