Role Description

These are part time, full time & casual positions for Crowd Controllers. The Crowd Controller will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment at events by managing crowds, monitoring entry and exit points, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also includes providing assistance to patrons, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with event staff, venue management & emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in crowd management, conflict resolution, and public safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications in security or crowd control
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
