About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our retail sites based in Helensvale.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- CCTV Control Room Duties
- Incident report writing and data logs
Pay rates & Rostered Hours
- Full-time permanent position
- Level 4 and First Aid Allowance
- 4 days on, 4 days off
- 12 hour shifts
- Days & Night shifts

- Current Security License
- Control Room License and Crowd Control
- Current First Aid certificate and CPR
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
