Control Room Security Officer - Robina Town Centre

Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Control Room Security Officers to join our team at Robina Town Centre. This is a full-time role working a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster.

As a Control Room Officer, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and managing safety and security operations, ensuring the wellbeing of retailers, customers, and staff across the centre.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operating and monitoring CCTV, access control, and communication systems
  • Coordinating and supporting security teams during incidents and emergencies
  • Responding to alarms and dispatching resources appropriately
  • Assisting with incident reporting, risk monitoring, and safety compliance
  • Providing clear communication to centre management and emergency services
  • Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures

What you'll need:

  • Current QLD Security Licence (with Monitoring and Crowd Control functions)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in a control room environment (retail or corporate highly regarded)
  • Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster across days and nights
  • High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
