This is a fully remote role
Hours: Standard Australia business hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the AUS/NZ operations to ensure that clinical services are provided to the WFMH customers in AUS/NZ. Work closely with the local partner Assure to deliver clinical services. Work closely with Lyra International to ensure that all clinical service requirements from our WFMH customer base are met. Grow our affiliate footprint in AUS/NZ. Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience) MA Degree in Psychology Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia (Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). More than 5 years' experience in Wellbeing/EAP, specifically in Clinical Operations. More than 3 years management experience. Minimum skillset required Fluent in English (written and spoken).
