In the role of Manager, Sustainable Operations & Improvement, you will join the People & Culture Digital Systems team that's doubling down on making a tangible difference to colleagues while keeping it simple.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Support key P&C systems related activities for all Colleague processes, across the entire P&C value chain.
  • Apply relevant business knowledge and experience to understand, influence and define business requirements from key stakeholders for the purpose of successful system implementation through working closely with the Global Product owners and Technology partners.
  • Supports end to end functional activities to enable all central annual and global People Digital Systems processes.
  • Lead and actively manage the support relationship with P&C Leadership teams and COE teams in each Market.
  • Manage a team who completes initial triage, resolves and coordinates all P&C systems services, including change request, service requests and incidents.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the NAB P&C regions on all P&C related issues with emphasis on Workday
  • Collaborates with Product Owners, Platform owners and Technology Team to achieve optimisation.
  • Reviewing cases that comes through daily, identify issues and patterns of work and explore optimisation opportunities with the Product Owners and technical team for all Workday / People System issues.

  • Extensive years global support management and extensive years of HR systems business analysis and process support.

  • Experienced in collaborating with global stakeholders in understanding and defining business requirements through to solutioning and implementation.

  • Facilitate the progress and close out of defects resulting from testing, by co-ordinating with multiple teams
  • Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
  • Operational Excellence: ability to execute, manage and continuously improve processes
  • Customer (Business) Focus: place the customer at the centre of everything
  • Business Fluency: commercial acumen and operational understanding
