This is a fully remote role
Hours: Standard Australia business hours 9:00AM - 5:00PM Key Responsibilities Manage all clinical intakes via phone and chat platform. Ability to provide online counselling to service users if required. Manager all clinical cases that are referred to provider network. Manage all network queries, invoices, and support requirements. Must be able to engage with service users and customer manager, providing all levels of clinical support and care. Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience) MA Degree in Psychology or Equivalent Qualification. More than 3 years clinical experience and preferably in the EAP/Mental Health field. Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia (Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Minimum skillset required Fluent in English (written and spoken). Good clinical and client services acumen. Must demonstrate good understanding of various psychological and mental health issues. Excellent IT and computer skills. Ability to handle complex clinical cases as well as risk. Must demonstrate good understanding of the mental health field in Australia / New Zealand.
