We currently have offices in Rockingham and Cockburn and provide services from Halls Head to Kelmscott.

Role Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive team member to support our Clinical Team in delivering safe, high-quality services. This role combines administration tasks, medication support, documentation, and coordination responsibilities, with a strong focus on compliance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration & Documentation – Manage records across multiple systems (SharePoint, MYP, iinduct), complete data entry, prepare documents, and support cross-team administration. Ensure all client records remain accurate, confidential, and compliant with NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Clinical & Medication Support – Assist with the safe management and distribution of medications, maintain accurate registers, and document activity. Provide support to Clinical Leads with documentation, liaison tasks, and guiding Disability Support Workers in medication protocols.

  • Communication & Coordination – Act as a key link between the Clinical Team, pharmacy partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.

  • Quality & Compliance – Support audits, record meeting minutes, track actions, and contribute to quality assurance processes. Uphold best practice in all documentation and service delivery.

  • Teamwork & Improvement – Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Identify opportunities to improve processes and actively participate in training and professional development.

Qualifications & Checks

  • Minimum high school certificate or equivalent

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

  • HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication (or willingness to obtain)

Experience

  • Administration experience in the disability or healthcare sectors highly regarded

  • Familiarity with MYP and other sector-specific systems is a plus

Skills

  • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information

  • Understanding of NDIS compliance frameworks preferred
