Estate Services Officers - Multiple Roles (ASO3-ASO5)
Adelaide CBD | Full-time | Start ASAP - 31 October (with view to permanency)
We're looking for
five Estate Services Officers
to join a government department in the Adelaide CBD. The roles start immediately and run until 31 October, with the possibility of going permanent for the right people.

  • 2 x ASO4, 3 x ASO3 and 1 x ASO5 roles available
  • Full-time, office-based with flexible working once training is complete

What you'll be doing
You'll manage a caseload of deceased estates, trusts, protected estates and powers of attorney. This includes:

  • Supporting and guiding families with empathy and professionalism
  • Preparing financial statements and managing estate assets and liabilities
  • Overseeing real estate sales and investment strategies
  • Working within legislative requirements and office procedures
  • Liaising with beneficiaries, stakeholders and service providers to make sure everything runs smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Strong admin and organisational skills, able to juggle complex work
  • Clear communication and the ability to deal with sensitive situations
  • A calm, empathetic approach when working with grieving families
  • Previous government experience is valued, as is a background in law or accounting
  • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Clearance
