Step Into Your Next Chapter:
Manage the school's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and reporting, using departmental systems such as OneSchool and Agresso.
Oversee daily administrative functions and provide leadership to school support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Coordinate human resource processes, including payroll, leave, and staffing updates, in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Liaise professionally with staff, parents, contractors, and regional office contacts to support school business functions and community relationships.
Maintain compliance and accurate records across finance, administration, and asset management, ensuring adherence to legislative and departmental requirements.
Support the monitoring and compliance of workplace health and safety obligations.

The Perfect Fit:
Friendly and approachable professional who can work both independently and in close collaboration with the Principal.
Highly organised and a strong communicator, bring proven skills in finance and administration and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building positive relationships across the school community.
Prior experience in a Business Manager A03 role or similar, with a sound understanding of the Department of Education's financial and administrative systems (including OneSchool and Agresso). Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is highly desirable
