We're looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team at Queens Park Medical Centre in Queens Park, WA. Help us provide exceptional service to our patients and support the smooth operation of our practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a smile
  • Manage appointments and patient inquiries
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Support the team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a medical reception role (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with medical software (Best Practice preferred)
