Wattle Planet ELC Vermont South is looking for a passionate cook to join our team. We are a 100 place centre with a total of 5 rooms.

We are looking for an experienced cook who is capable to deliver a high quality menu to our children including Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea. The menu must meet 50% of the Recommended Dietary Intake of all food groups. Food trackers used to support this need.

Alternative meals will be required for children with diagnosed Food Allergies and cultural food preferences.

The kitchen is state of the art with all brand new appliances including Combi oven, industrial dishwasher and loads of storage room.

A herb and vegetable garden is maintained to bring fresh knew taste experiences to children.

A part time kitchen assistant will be employed to assist when enrolment numbers reach a pre determined level.

The successful applicant will also be fully supported by our amazing cooks at our Wantirna and Rockbank centres.
