Join Lochness Landscaping Services as our new Administration Manager.
Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Manager to help modernise and streamline our administrative operations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate all administrative functions, driving improvements in systems and processes

  • Manage and mentor a team of four admin staff, overseeing performance, development, and scheduling

  • Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, supplier relations, and account follow-ups

  • Oversee HR administration and onboarding in collaboration with advice from our external advisor (contracts, certifications, compliance records)

  • Develop and implement internal policies, systems and procedures to support business growth

  • Manage and distribute meeting documentation, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking

What you'll bring:

  • Strong computer literacy—especially in Microsoft Office and MYOB

  • Excellent people management and communication skills

  • Confidence in handling contracts, customer service, and supplier negotiations

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges

  • Strong organisational and analytical thinking

  • A positive attitude and ability to lead a small, dynamic team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certificate in Business Administration or Business Management

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administration or office management role

  • Current "C" Class Driver's Licence

  • Experience with systems such as MYOB, Deputy and Simpro
