
Commercial Administrator

We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to support our construction operations, based at our Rockingham facility.
This permanent, full-time role will provide day-to-day support across commercial administration, cost tracking, reporting and systems, with a key focus on assisting with the transition from Jobpac to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills, a proactive approach, and experience in a construction or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance in Humanforce (timesheets, payroll support).
- Assist with the implementation and data migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Process purchase orders, supplier invoices and manage subcontractor records.
- Maintain cost tracking and budget monitoring spreadsheets using Excel and D365.
- Support onboarding and compliance processes, including documentation and training.
- Manage induction and training records to ensure compliance in the factory.
- Upload and manage Toolbox Talks to support safety initiatives.
- Assist with logistics and materials management, including deliveries and inventory.
- Manage fleet-related data in Power BI and provide weekly performance reports.
- Support the preparation of weekly and end-of-month financial reports and progress claims.
- Assist with performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organise travel and accommodation when required.
- Provide general administration and support to site teams and head office.
- Maintain organised financial and project records to assist with audits.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Humanforce (desirable).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- A flexible and team-oriented approach to work.
