As the Blender Operator, you will need to be able to read Batch Cards & be Physically Fit as this role requires manual handling & pouring the correct measurements of oil into Drums.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all materials/ingredients are accurately weighed and applied to create each Blend batch as per the Production Schedule
  • Correctly and safely utilize all equipment as directed by the Blender
  • Ensure the drum oven is utilised appropriately and in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure all blending and packing documentation is submitted to the Production Office in a timely manner
  • Monitor raw material usage to ensure adequate stock holdings (bulk oil/additives) meet production demands
  • Handling and storage of all product materials in accordance with safety and company procedures

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements, and should have:

  • MUST have Experience in a Blending Environment
  • Minimum 3-6 months of blending environment experience required
  • Mixing / Blending / Batching Recipes
  • Physically Fit
  • MUST be able to work Monday to Friday
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Flexible Start time 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm
  • Temp to Perm
  • MUST HAVE FULL WORK RIGHTS
