Corporate Office Administrator

We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent the company with warmth and professionalism, while maintaining a well-organised, safe, and welcoming workplace environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a customer-oriented mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to support staff and guest queries with care and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.
- Order and manage office consumables and supplies.
- Process property rent invoices accurately and on time.
- Coordinate visitor access, including inductions and security protocols.
- Communicate building and office updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with Facility and Building Management for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage boardroom bookings, including setup and catering arrangements.
