The Opportunity

We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be foremost working together with our Safety team. The main responsibilities will be providing administrative support in the form of organising trainings and inductions for our staff to ensure they meet the requirements of our customer to work on their projects. This critical role within our business ensures a smooth-running of our daily operation and contribute to customer satisfaction and the company's success.

What We Are Looking For

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Coordinate project deliverables
  • Provide administrative support for operations team
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Access and maintain online induction portables
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Liaise with WHS Manager on site-specific inductions, and compliance documentation.
  • Facilitate staff inductions, compliance screening, refresher training, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Support the administration of WHS-related documents, registers, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Allocations, Fleet, etc.) to ensure WHS objectives are met.
  • Assist in the procurement of PPE and review safety-related purchases for compliance.
  • Maintain high standards of communication across all departments and sites.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Good organizational, computer and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Knowledge of the crane industry preferred
