EXPERIENCED UNDERGROUND COAL MINEWORKERS, MANDALONG COAL MINE, NSW

Due to continued growth, we are hiring Experienced Mineworkers encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced underground coal mineworkers for various roles at Mandalong Coal Mine, available for an immediate start.

Current shifts being worked are Monday – Thursday roster (Morning/Afternoon shifts) and Friday - Sunday roster. Shifts can average between hrs. The above is subject to change on occasion.

Candidates will be required to make their own travel arrangements to/from site at the start and finish of their roster.

What you will be doing

You will be providing underground operational support in the areas of longwall recovery, injection chemical application, and ventilation support.

What you bring

  • Minimum 12 months experience in operational Underground coal mining.
  • Current Order 43 Medical
  • Current CABA Self-Escape Card
  • Current site inductions for NSW mine sites (desirable)
  • Ventilation Experience
  • Grouting and other application experience
  • Polymeric application experience
  • Polymeric baseline testing
  • Underground tickets and authentications
  • The ability to work well within an underground team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working safely
