For over 50 years, Atlas Building (WA) has delivered some of the state's most iconic, award-winning projects. With a strong pipeline ahead, we are growing our operations and looking for a hands-on Yard Manager to take ownership of our formwork/structures site.

About the Opportunity

Currently based across multiple yards in Balcatta, with the potential to spread operations across north and south of the river, as the Yard Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our yard operations leading a small team, managing assets and inventory, and making sure everything gets where it needs to go, safely and on time.

Experience in formwork/structures is an essential requirement to be considered for this position.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the operations in the yard, ensuring the site is maintained and operating within the required safety regulations.
• Planning and coordinate the yard and asset workflow to meet project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Managing inventory levels of construction materials and equipment, coordinating procurement and timely delivery to project sites.
• Ensuring all assets meet relevant safety and compliance standards and regulations.
