The Factory specialise in Award Winning Custom Design, Signage, Displays, Christmas & Seasonal Activations.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-Ordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting project delivery from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Support risk and issue management processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management or business.
  • Experience in Building, Construction or Events co-ordination and planning.
