Graphic Designer / Print Operator

We're looking for a motivated Graphic Designer / Print Operator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for design and hands-on print production, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, creative environment.

About the Role

You'll work across both design and production — creating artwork for a wide range of signage projects and operating our large-format digital printers to bring those designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare artwork for print and signage production
  • Operate large-format digital printers and finishing equipment
  • Ensure colour accuracy and print quality
  • Collaborate with the production and installation teams
  • Maintain an organised and safe workspace

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Previous experience operating large-format printers (Roland, HP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
