Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Team Manager Software Development, based in Western Australia. Balcatta. With some work-from-home flexibility and full online for the right person can work well with time and task based project management. The role involves managing software development projects, leading a team of developers, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and objectives are met. The Project Team Manager will also be responsible for creating strategic plans, optimizing operations through AI and other technological solutions, and facilitating communication across global virtual teams.

Qualifications

  • Software Development, Deployment, Migration and AI Development experience not required but desired
  • Team Leadership and Project Management skills
  • Experience with Global Virtual Teams and Collaboration tools
  • Strategic Planning and Operational Optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in fast-scaling or enterprise environments is a plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred
