About the role:
- Start date of Thursday 13th November
- Manage warm leads across multiple channels, predominantly focused on outbound calling customers.
- Provide tailored recommendations by clearly explaining policy options, including waiting periods, exclusions, limits and tiers.
- Achieve and exceed your monthly sales and conversion targets with a strong focus on building rapport.
- Ensure that all work is done in alignment with Canstar's sales processes and compliance standards and PHIIA code of conduct,
- Monitor customer trends and feedback sharing insights that may highlight opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
About you:
- 1-2 years' experience in Health Insurance is a non-negotiable.
- Experience in the financial comparison industry is highly desirable.
- You are a passionate sales professional, excited by the opportunity to exceed performance targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with customers of all walks of life.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is compliant and accurate.
- High energy and genuine passion – you are proud to represent a brand that champions customer outcomes.
- Collaborative spirit who is eager to be part of a high performing team where all success is celebrated
