About the role:

  • Start date of Thursday 13th November
  • Manage warm leads across multiple channels, predominantly focused on outbound calling customers.
  • Provide tailored recommendations by clearly explaining policy options, including waiting periods, exclusions, limits and tiers.
  • Achieve and exceed your monthly sales and conversion targets with a strong focus on building rapport.
  • Ensure that all work is done in alignment with Canstar's sales processes and compliance standards and PHIIA code of conduct,
  • Monitor customer trends and feedback sharing insights that may highlight opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.

About you:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Health Insurance is a non-negotiable.
  • Experience in the financial comparison industry is highly desirable.
  • You are a passionate sales professional, excited by the opportunity to exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with customers of all walks of life.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is compliant and accurate.
  • High energy and genuine passion – you are proud to represent a brand that champions customer outcomes.
  • Collaborative spirit who is eager to be part of a high performing team where all success is celebrated
