In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for identifying client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets in various IT services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead Generation: Source and develop new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet clients' needs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the recruitment team to align client needs with available talent solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and identify client needs and market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed.
