You must be:

  • Available to work more than 20 hours per week
  • Be available for sleepovers
  • Available to work weekends

What You'll Need:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive impact
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • Current working with Children's check
  • Current Victorian License
  • A reliable car (with full comprehensive insurance)
  • Updated CPR & First Aid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily living and personal care: Assisting with tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
  • Household duties: Helping with cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  • Community access: Helping clients participate in community activities, access facilities, and stay connected with their community.
  • Goal achievement: Supporting clients in reaching their NDIS and personal goals.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Maintaining case notes: Recording details of participants interactions, progress, and any changes in their condition or circumstances.
