Disability Support WorkersLocation: BendigoTenure: CasualHow to apply: Go to --> Click on "Support Worker".About usThis is an exciting opportunity to gain employment with a leading community based not-for-profit disability service with over 40 years' experience in delivering high quality services for those with disabilities living within our community.What are we looking forNeed to be available to work:SleepoversOne weekend in two on a rostered fortnightly basisEarly mornings and eveningsShift times we are looking to fill:Early Morning Shifts: Typically between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.Evening Shifts: Typically between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.Sleepover Shifts: Included as part of our evening shift roster.Please note that exact shift start and end times may vary based on the specific needs of the people we are supporting.Qualifications & experienceA Current First Aid/CPR (HLTAID011/HLTAID009) is requiredA current drivers licence is requiredA current Working With Childrens Check is requiredNo experience or qualifications required - on the job training providedAbility to follow processes and proceduresDisplay good emotional intelligence - eg: be self- motivated, self-aware and confidentHave a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or in process of obtaining an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Tasks & responsibilitiesAssisting with daily living skills such as: meal preparation, personal care tasksAssisting participants access the community and achieve their NDIS goalsBenefitsGood work/life balanceAll training provided on-the-jobLocated in BendigoRewarding career opportunityDiversity and InclusionGolden City Support Services is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds and abilities.How to applyTo apply for a position please go to the careers section of our website and fill in an online application:If you would like more information please call The next step starts with your next step.
