Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong coffee knowledge and excellent barista skills.
Proven leadership ability and experience supervising a team.
A proactive and hands-on approach.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
About the role: Oversee daily café operations alongside the Venue Manager.
Ensure coffee and service standards are consistently high.
Train, support, and motivate team members.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
