About Your Opportunity

This role is all about delivering exceptional in-person support at 'The Hub' and will focus on:

  • Being the face of The Hub, ensuring all in-person requests are handled promptly and professionally, and logged in the internal ticketing system as needed.
  • Driving a smooth onboarding experience for employees and contractors—leading onboarding sessions, issuing starter kits, arranging access, and coordinating uniform orders.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for ICT support—assisting staff with equipment and services, and escalating issues to the internal service desk when required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in facilities management and supporting users in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • ICT Certificate qualification is highly regarded.

This position will be primarily based at our Ipswich office with a salary starting from $79,536.21 plus 12.75% superannuation.
