Job Title:">Switchboard Administrator
We are seeking a professional and courteous Switchboard Administrator to provide excellent customer service to staff and customers of the hospital. The successful candidate will have the ability to exercise personal judgment and initiative in providing efficient telecommunication services.
About You">
- You will possess extensive experience and knowledge of general office and reception duties, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Maintain discretion and exercise judgment to resolve problems within the scope of the role, especially in situations without pre-existing precedents or procedures.
- Effective communication skills at all levels and ability to foster networks across the facility to streamline processes.
- Proficiency in computerised information systems and applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information and supporting colleagues proactively.
Key Responsibilities">
- Provide high-quality switchboard services to hospital staff and customers.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to relevant personnel.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
